This online store sells for customers at legal age. All prices include tax. We keep rights for changing prices of the products and shipping.

How to order

You can buy product by adding it to the cart and paying the total cost of the cart online. All customer information are handled with care and confidence. Contact information that is asked during ordering a product is not used to any other purposes than shipping the product to you or contacting you for additional information concerning the order,( if nothing else is mentioned). When ordering products, you are required to get acquainted to the valid delivery terms.

Payment

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to. Confirmation of the order and payment

When we have received your order, we sent you immediately an confirmation email,( where you can see information concerning your order). To make sure that the order is correct, remember to check the content of the confirmation. You can contact our customer service if you have something to ask. Save the order confirmation in case you have to contact the customer service. When being in contact with us, have your customer and order number within reach. When you receive your order, check that the content of the package matches with the order confirmation, thank you.

Delivery and expenses

Delivery expenses consist of expenses from the local Post Office and packaging. We state the estimated costs of the delivery expenses to you when ordering the products according to the valid, primary shipping method. The exact shipping expenses for the products you can see when you select the desired paying and shipping customs. The available shipping methods depend on the content of your cart and the order´s total weight. You can choose the best available shipping method for you when paying the order.

Time of the delivery

Delivery times in Finland depend on the order content and shipping method. You can see the estimated time for the delivery in your cart if the wanted item has been sold out from our stock. We will notify you of possible delays immediately after making the order. We are not charge of delays caused by superior or indirect disadvantages.

We will not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.

We try our best to handle your order in 5 business days.

Priority letter: 3-10 workdays

Small parcel: 2-5 workdays

Parcel: 1-7 workdays

Return policy

Right of return your order

You have right to return your order for 14 days. Time starts when you get the last product from your order.

To use your right to return you need to inform us before you send your order back to us. You can use email, call or letter to let us know you are returning your order.

Mutjutin or Wellness Tools Group Oy is not offering free returns for the orders. That means the customer needs to pay the returns. The cost of the return will be different depending where you are returning the products from, but from Finland we recommend S-parcel from posti (5.9e)

If you want to return your parcel, remember to inform us before the 14 days limit will end.

If the customer gives the name of the company in connection with the order, it is considered that the order comes to the company. In this case, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply.

The customer must keep the product received substantially unchanged and unreduced until the customer has decided to keep the goods. A product is not considered to have been put into service if the customer has handled the product only as necessary to establish its nature, properties and functionality.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation. We will make the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case at no cost to you.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The deadline has been met if you return the goods before the end of that 14-day period. We recommend that you send the return by parcel or so that the customer can prove that the parcel was shipped and provide tracking for the shipment.

Unredeemed package or letter

Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For a non-redeemed package or letter that has not been notified separately, we will charge the shipping cost. If the delivery has been free of charge at the ordering stage, the price of the cheapest delivery method (2.50e for letter delivery) will be charged for non-collection. When an unredeemed package or letter arrives at the warehouse of Wellness Tools Group Oy or Mutjutin.fi, the order will be canceled and the order payment will be refunded less the delivery costs, as mentioned above.

In problem situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise you haven´t received your order, it must be notified within 14 days. The notification can be done in Cancellation and Return Conditions page where you can find contact information. If the package is damaged during transport, make an immedate complaint to the shipping Company from your order has been delivered.

Chances for the prices

We reserve the right to correct the price after ordering if there is a clear error in the pricing and the price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level. (Section 32 of the Judiciary Act)
